Great Britain’s men will face stiff opposition in London this summer at the six-team Olympic Test event.

MVP can reveal that Chris Finch’s side will meet Serbia, Croatia, France, Australia and China at the tournament, which takes place at the 2012 Basketball venue from August 16-21.

“We wanted to bring in five world-class teams, not just from Europe but to get a different for different styles in preparation for next year,” said Finch, who will use the round robin event as a warm-up for Eurobasket 2011.

“Certainly if we’re in the Olympics, that will help. It’s an added bonus that the tournament in London mimics the tournament in Lithuania.”
