Great Britain point guard Quinn Ellis has entered his named in the 2023 NBA Draft, as first reported by John Chepkevich of Draft Express.
The 2003-born rising star is averaging 11.6 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.2 steals for Novipiú Casale Monferrato in Italy Serie A2 this season, where he is on loan after signing a four-year deal with EuroCup side Trento in June 2022.
“Quinn is the perfect example of hard work,” Ellis’ agent Marco Calise of Tangram Sports told Hoopsfix.
“He has been constantly getting better over the years taking advantage of every opportunity and platform he had. This is just another step in his growing journey.”
Quinn Ellis submitted his name as a 2023 NBA Draft early entrant prior to last night’s deadline, I’m told.

As an early-entrant, he can test the waters to garner interest with the option to with draw until June 12, with the draft scheduled to take place on June 22 at the Barclays Center in New York.
The 6’3″ combo guard starred at the 2022 Hoopsfix All-Star Classic after collecting two trophies; first by winning the Foot Locker 3-Point Shootout before earning MVP honours in the Under-19 Men’s game.
He then shone for Hoopsfix Elite against Bronny James and California Basketball Club in an exhibition as part of the AXE Euro Tour, finishing with 17 points, six rebounds, five assists and two steals.

He joins fellow Brit Tosan Evbuomwwan, who has also declared for this year’s draft.
