Sochan recorded two double-doubles – both coming in the final month of the regular season – with a career-high 30 points achieved against Phoenix Suns in January.
The England native, and Poland national team member, was joined in the lineup by Jalen Duren, Tari Eason, Jaden Ivey and Jabari Smith.
Sochan becomes the first Spurs player to receive All-Rookie honours since Kawhi Leonard in the 2011-12 NBA season.
