Saunders has also played in Spain and Iceland during his pro career and links up with fellow Brits Jamell Anderson and Josh Steel amongst the Giants’ new arrivals.
“I like the new direction that the club is taking and happy to be playing for an organisation like the Giants,” said Saunders. “I’m most excited to play in front of those Giants fans! Hopefully, we can bring some success back to Manchester.”
The Giants also re-signed their North-West trio of Jordan Whelan, David Ulph and Jack Hudson and have also brought in a quartet of imports to bolster their roster.
