The BUCS basketball season continued Wednesday and after a big win to start the season Northumbria saw a much closer game as they travelled down to Loughborough. A huge 24 points from Ta’yani Clark, (whilst playing the one through five spot) coupled with some strong play in the fourth quarter and foul trouble for Loughborough meant Northumbria took the game by 11 points.
In the South there were two big victories. First UWIC dismantled Bristol University, winning by margin of 138 (!) then LSBU executed a 59 point win over Brighton to finish up the day.
