London Lions have been officially confirmed as the fourth BBL team to compete in Europe this season after being announced for a second season in the EuroCup.
Widely considered the second best competition in Europe after the EuroLeague – which it is owned by, the EuroCup will see 20 clubs from 14 nations compete for the title, including two each from France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Spain and Turkey.

Last season the Lions became the first British team to ever qualify for the EuroCup playoffs.
So far confirmed on the 2023-24 roster, is Gabe Olaseni plus returners Sam Dekker, Josh Sharma and Bradley Kaboza.
The EuroCup will also have a new postseason format, which sees only six teams instead of eight qualify for the playoffs, and includes best-of-three series in the semifinal and final phases.
