The 24-year-old represented GB at the 2012 Olympics and last featured in the 2017 EuroBasket Qualifiers campaign.
CCC Polkowice finished 5th in Poland’s top-flight and had a 2-12 record in this year’s EuroLeague Women competition.
Fagbenle’s compatriot Jo Leedham featured in Europe’s elite competition with French side Bourges Basket.
The 2017 WNBA season runs for 16 weeks with the playoffs starting on September 7.
