Matthew Bryan-Amaning Joins Mexican Side Soles

Great Britain Senior Men’s Matthew Bryan-Amaning has headed to Mexico to join top division side Soles de Mexicali having left Ludwigsburg earlier this week.

The 26-year-old made his debut in an 87-78 defeat on Thursday, finishing with a respectable 14 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists in just shy of 28 minutes of action from the bench.

Soles are currently join top in the LNBP with an 8-3 record and will be hoping the addition of MBA can help them claim the outright lead.

The 6’9 forward ventures outside of Europe for the first time in his pro career having already played in Serbia, Turkey, France and most recently, Germany. MBA had been set for a spell in Korea last season before joining BBL side London Lions following his release.
