Luka Doncic & Slovenia too much for GB
Luka Doncic could not be stopped as Slovenia rolled past Great Britain 93-81 on Tuesday night in Slovenia.
The Los Angeles Lakers star had 21 of his 28 points in the first half, and added six rebounds, 10 assists and three steals, as Slovenia broke away in the second quarter with a 13-2 run and held off GB the rest of the way.
GB had five players in double digits, led by Myles Hesson and Tarik Phillip with 12 points each, but fell to 0-4 in EuroBasket prep.

Gregor Hrovat added 15 and Klemen Prepelic had 12 points for Slovenia.
GB wrap up their EuroBasket prep on Friday against Estonia at 5pm, before heading to the tournament, where they are in Group B and open on Wednesday August 27th against Lithuania, before taking on Finland, Sweden, Germany and Montenegro.
