Savannah Wilkinson named to All-AAC Second Team for second time

Savannah Wilkinson has received end-of-season honours after being named to the All-AAC Second Team for the second consecutive season.

The GB international finished the season with averages of 11.7 points and 7.6 rebounds per game for Southern Methodist University.

Wilkinson recorded five double-doubles in the campaign and finished with a run of 11 straight games in double figures in scoring.

Last season, Wilkinson also made it onto the All-AAC Second Team having made a big impact on the Mustangs following a number of injury plagued seasons at Florida State.

Wilkinson was a Young Player of the Year award winner in the WBBL at Barking Abbey prior to departing to the States, whilst also earning a senior debut with GB.
