Elliot Bailey has led Carleton to the U Sports Canadian National Championship, in what is being labelled arguably the best U SPORTS championship finals game of all time.
Bailey, a former Kent Crusader, finished with a career-high 21 points, nine rebounds, two assists and a steal in the double OT thriller that saw Carleton prevail 109-104 over St. Francis Xavier X-Men, for their fourth straight title (Bailey’s third), and 17th since 2003.
