London Lions bowed out of the Basketball Champions League on Tuesday afternoon, and here is how social media reacted to their European debut.

The British basketball community rallied around the Lions in the build-up to their historic venture with support across the league, too..

The game went down to the wire and the Lions had the chance to tie the game with a contentious ‘no-call’ going against them in the final 10 seconds..
