GB Under-20s captain Georgia Gayle and Gabby Nikitinaite shared 40 points to lead their side to a victory over Romania at the European Championships.
The duo scored 20 points apiece and shot a combined 7-of-14 from 3-point range as GB claimed a 74-48 win to improve to 2-0 in the group stage.
