Carl Wheatle Pours in 29pts in Serie A2 Win

Carl Wheatle exploded for a 29-point haul to lead Angelico Biella to a 100-80 victory in Serie A2 action last night.

The junior international shot 11-of-14 from the field and was a perfect 4-4 from the line, whilst adding seven rebounds in 26 minutes of action from the bench.

Wheatle has been with the club since 2013 and has made the move into the pro team this season.

The 1998-born forward is now averaging 6.4 points per game with his side top of the West Conference in the Italian second division.
