GB international Joe Hart will return to Spain for the coming season after signing with LEB Silver side Araberri, the club confirmed on Wednesday.
Hart made his Senior international debut for GB in the summer friendly defeat against New Zealand before featuring in the two-game invitational tournament in the Netherlands.
Last season, the 22-year-old played in the league above – LEB Gold – at Penas Huesca but saw his season curtailed with an injury, that required surgery.
Hart averaged 4.5 points in 11 games before injury forced him out. However, he had still done enough to earn a first GB Senior call-up having previously captained the victorious GB under-20’s side that earned promotion in 2013.

Araberri finished bottom of the LEB Silver standings last campaign after picking up just two wins from 28 league games, but managed to avoid relegation due to a vacancy.
