Great Britain Women finished their Olympic tournament without a win after falling 78-66 to Brazil on Sunday night at the Olympic Basketball Arena.
GB, who were awarded a spot at the games as the host nation, finish with an 0-5 Olympics record, and will now look to qualify in their own right for the 2016 Olympic games. Despite going winless, the team won over a lot of fans with their heart and commitment, in a number of tough losses.
Following their exit, Natalie Stafford took to Twitter to show her appreciation to the fans:
I just want to once again thank our wonderful fans. You have supported us because you could see the undying effort we displayed in each game
