Despite a valiant rally, Northwestern couldn’t overcome the hump, losing 75-66 to Michigan Wednesday night. Alex Marcotullio played 26 minutes in the loss, going 2/3 from deep for 6 points, 6 assists, 2 rebounds and 3 steals.

Alabama-Birmingham got a 64-48 victory over Marshall. Ovie Soko went 2/3 from the field for 4 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists in 20 minutes.

Stony Brook defeated New Hampshire 63-56. Danny Carter played 30 minutes, going 3/8 from the field (0/2 at the line) for 7 points and 5 rebounds.

College of Charleston overcame a halftime deficit to beat Elon 85-67. Andrew Lawrence had 8 points and 2 steals in 23 minutes, going 3/5 from the field (2/4 from deep).

Central Connecticut State to its seventh consecutive victory, a 71-55 win over Bryant. Devan Bailey played 36 minutes, going 2/5 from the field for 4 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal.

Texas-Pan American got 76-60 victory over Houston Baptist. Ben Daniels played 19 minutes, going 0/7 from the field to remain scoreless, whilst grabbing 4 rebounds, dishing 1 assist and getting 1 steal.

Davidson to a 67-58 victory over Wofford on Wednesday night, extending the Wildcats’ winning streak to five games. Ben Allison played 11 minutes going 1/1 from the field (0/2 at the line) for 2 points, and 3 rebounds.

Monmouth (N.J.) got a 68-57 comeback win over Fairleigh Dickinson. Phil Wait played 18 minutes for Monmouth, going 2/4 from the field for 4 points, 1 assists and 2 blocks. Daniel James registered a DNP. Sam Fernley played 1 minute for FDU going 0/1 to remain scoreless.

Quinnipiac dominated Sacred Heart on the boards on the way to a 59-54 victory. Raheem May-Thompson played 5 minutes, going 0/1 from the field to remain scoreless whilst registering 1 block.

Rhode Island rallied to defeat Dayton 67-53. Ben Eaves played 9 minutes, going 0/3 from the field to remain scoreless, whilst grabbing 1 rebound.

Long Island got an 87-76 victory over St. Francis (N.Y.). Richard Clark registered a DNP.

Mount St. Mary’s (Md.) held off Wagner 71-57. Clayfell Harris registered a DNP.

Temple won 77-66 over Fordham. Fahro Alihodzic registered a DNP.

SMU to its fifth straight win, 66-61 over Tulane. Myles Luttman registered a DNP.
