Iowa State suffered a heartbreaking 63-62 loss to Nebraska. Jamie Vanderbeken had 9 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block before fouling out in 28 minutes of action. He shot 3/10 from the floor and 1/2 at the line.

College of Charleston won over Wofford 77-73 on Saturday night in a matchup of Southern Conference South Division leaders. Andrew Lawrence had 9 points and 1 steal in 18 minutes, going 3/4 from the field and 2/3 at the line.

South Carolina State hit a layup at the buzzer to get a 71-69 win over Maryland-Eastern Shore. Joe Ikhinmwin had 8 points and 2 rebounds in 25 minutes, going 2/4 from the field and 4/4 at the line.

Cornell got a 60-52 victory over Stony Brook. Danny Carter played 25 minutes, going 1/3 from the field and 4/6 at the line for 7 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assist.

Central Connecticut State suffered a 72-67 loss to Long Island University. Devan Bailey played 16 minutes before fouling out, going 0/1 from the floor to remain scoreless, but did dish 3 assists and grab 1 rebound.

Western Carolina got an 81-73 win over Davidson. Ben Allison had 4 points in 18 minutes, going 1/2 from the field and 2/5 at the line.

Houston Baptist lost 81-64 to Duquesne. Ben Daniels played 4 minutes, making his only field goal attempt from deep for 3 points and 1 rebound.

Utah State rallied late to defeat Nevada 81-67. Patrick Nyeko had 2 points, 1 rebound and 1 assist in 6 minutes, making his only field goal attempt.

Providence suffered an 85-72 loss to Rutgers. Lee Goldsbrough played 1 minute registering an empty statline.

Oral Roberts shot 65 percent from the field and defeated South Dakota State 90-82 on Saturday night. Mikey Manghum registered a DNP.

Washington State defeated Oregon 77-63. Chris McNamara registered a DNP.

The Citadel lost 88-67 to Furman. Morakinyo Williams remains injured.
