Andrew Lawrence and his College of Charleston were defeated by Wofford, 74-68 on Thursday night. Lawrence went scoreless in 12 minutes (0/2) but did secure 1 rebound and add 2 assists.

College of Charleston are now 19-10 (13-4 Southern).

Ashley HamiltonAshley Hamilton (6′7, 210lbs, F, Freshman, London) Loyola Marymount Lions
Ashley Hamilton’s Loyola Marymount held on for 72-69 win over San Diego on Thursday night. The Lions, which has won five of six, has its highest win total since they went 18-11 in 1995-96. After a couple of decent games for Ashley Hamilton, he struggled a little in this one, finishing with 2 points (1/5 shooting), 1 rebound, 1 assist and 1 block in 22 minutes.

LMU are now 16-13 (7-6 West Coast).

Ben Daniels of the Houston Baptist HuskiesBen Daniels (6′6, 190lbs, G, Freshman, Manchester) Houston Baptist Huskies
Houston Baptist gotpast Utah Valley 61-48 last night. Unfortunately, our Brit Ben Daniels registered a DNP.

The Huskies are now 8-19 (7-2 Indep.).

Carl Josey of VMICarl Josey (6′5, 195lbs, F, Senior, Surrey) Virginia Military Keydets
Charleston Southern secured a 95-85 win over Carl Josey’s Virginia Military Institute on Thursday night. Josey, who has been given the starting role in the last couple of games, finished with 2 points (1/3 shooting) and 3 rebounds in 12 minutes of action.

The Keydets are now 10-17 (5-12 Big South).

Devan BaileyDevan Bailey (6′2, 180lbs, G, Freshman, Helsby) Central Connecticut State Blue Devils
Devan Bailey helped Central Connecticut State defeat Long Island U. 74-65 last night. In 22 minutes, Bailey finished with 5 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal. He went 2/5 from the field and 1/1 at the line.

The Blue Devils are now 11-17 (8-9 Northeast Conference).

Eric BoatengEric Boateng (6′10, 245lbs, C, Senior, London) Arizona State Sun Devils
Eric Boateng destroyed Stanford last night, finishing with a career high 24 points on 11/11 field goal shooting! He added 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 block in 34 minutes in ASU’s 68-60 victory over Stanford.

The Sun Devils are now 20-8 (10-5 Pac-10)  and remain alone in second place in the Pac-10, one-half game behind first-place California

Larry Awosanya Campbell Fighting camelsLarry Awosanya (6′7, 210lbs, F, Freshman, London) Campbell Fighting Camels
Campbell were defeated 65-52 by Jacksonville last night. The victory for Jacksonville broke a tie with Campbell to take over sole possession of first place in the conference. Larry Awosanya registered a DNP.

The Fighting Camels are now 18-10 (13-6 A-Sun).

Liam Potter of Sacred HeartLiam Potter (7′0, 230lbs, F/C, Senior, Lincolnshire) Sacred Heart Pioneers.
Fairleigh Dickinson rallied from a 19-point deficit to defeat Brit Liam Potter’s  Sacred Heart 64-59 in overtime on Thursday night. Liam Potter had another monster night on the boards, finishing with 14, but struggled shooting, going 1/5 from the field and 5/10 at the line for 7 points, and adding 1 assist. He fouled out in just 21 minutes of action.


Mikey Manghum Oral RobertsMikey Manghum (6′1, 175lbs, G, Freshman, Derby) Oral Roberts Golden Eagles
The Golden Eagles easily defeated Southern Utah 85-65 Thursday night. Mikey Manghum had a nice little game going perfect from the floor (2/2 field goals, 1/1 threes) to finish with 5 points, 1 rebound and 1 assists all in just 9 minutes.

Oral Roberts are now 18-12 (12-5 Summit).

Raheem May-Thompson (6′6, 200lbs, Freshman, F, London) Quinnipiac Bobcats
Raheem May-Thompson’ Quinnipiac cruised to an 82-63 win over Monmouth (N.J.) on Thursday night. May-Thompson got limited minutes again (2) going 1/2 from the field for 2 points.

The Bobcats are now 20-8 (14-3 NEC).


Richard ClarkRichard Clark (6′9, 215lbs, C, Sophomore, Berkshire) St. Francis (N.Y.) Terriers.
St. Francis (N.Y.) knocked off Bryant 69-60 on Thursday night. Unfortunately, Brit Richard Clark did not play.

The Terriers are now 11-17 (8-9 NEC).

Sam Fernley (6′0, 175lbs, G, Sophomore, Sheffield) Fairleigh Dickinson Knights.
Sam Fernley made a rare appearance for the Knights in their win over Sacred Heart (see Liam Potter’s recap), registering 7 minutes, going 0/1 from the floor to remain scoreless but securing 1 rebounds.

The Knights are now 11-19 (10-7 NEC).
