Bouncewear specialty basketball store opens in London
Specialist basketball store Bouncewear has officially opened in Shoreditch, East London.
Initially in a temporary pop up space, the store will move across the road into a permanent 2-unit space later this year.
Started in 2004, the brand began with a small 40 square meter space in Leuven, Belgium. Since then, they’ve expanded to six stores in Belgium, four in France, one in Luxembourg, one in Spain and now their first in the UK.
“Shoreditch provides the perfect location to bring in local appreciators of dopeness, as well as being an easily accessible destination for basketball fans who happen to find themselves in London,” Bouncewear London Community Manager Sammy Gunnell said.
“While our current store provides just a taste of what is to come, the response so far demonstrates that there’s a deep thirst.”
The store brings the best basketball brands under one roof, including the likes of Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Under Armour, Puma, Spalding, and Stance.
