Krumesh Patel’s side jumped out to a 14-1 lead before a 9-0 response from Austria saw them right back into, eventually taking the lead to make it a competitive game the rest of the way.
Back to back threes from Rory Stewart in the third gave GB a small cushion, before they pulled away for good in the fourth.
