Esther Little has added another piece of silverware after Gonzaga wrapped up the outright WCC regular season title.
The Zags secured a 17-1 record in conference play with a 58-51 victory at BYU having also improved to 27-3 on the season.
Little has averaged 17.0 minutes off the bench with four starts in 27 appearances in a sophomore year that featured bests of 12 points and nine rebounds against Portland.
Last season, Gonzaga won the WCC tournament as the second seeds to lock up a place in the NCAA Tournament in Little’s freshman year.
Little is regarded as one of the best British prospects in her generation and helped lead Ipswich to multiple titles at junior and senior level before departing Stateside.
Gonzaga will be the top seeds in the post-season tournament as they look to defend their Championship crown in the WCC.
