Manchester Giants pull off huge signing of Dan Clark

GB Senior Men’s captain Dan Clark will play in the BBL for the first time after signing with Manchester Giants for the upcoming 2021-22 season.

Clark has spent the majority of his playing career in Spain, whilst earning 100+ caps for GB including competing at the 2012 Olympics.

The 32-year-old now returns home to play for the Giants alongside the likes of fellow new signings Jamell Anderson and Josh Steel in a new-look roster.

“The opportunity to be able to play in the UK for the first time in my career in a great sporting city that is Manchester is extremely exciting,” said Clark.

“If you add on to that the ambition that the Giants have shown me and the ability this opportunity provides me in terms of being able to develop and grow alongside a club that has big ambitions in the basketball world. It’s a new challenge but definitely an exciting one.”
