Steel made a strong start in the BBL last season with Surrey Scorchers, averaging 12.7 points in 13 league appearances before departing for Spain at the end of December.
The London-born forward – who represented England and Great Britain at five junior European Championships – signed with LEB Gold side Forca Lleida and would average 2.8 points and 1.2 rebounds for the remainder of the season.
With playing time reduced with 11.1 minutes per game, Steel will be looking for a bigger role in LEB Silver with Morón after they finished with a 14-8 record in the second half of last season.
