Cameron Bett (’99) Hits Game Winner in Final Prep Game in Canada

Former England Under-16 Cameron Bett comes up clutch in Canada at his new school, Ridley College, knocking down the game winning 3 at the buzzer!

This was against London Prep, in Ridley’s final pre-season game, as the Hoopsfix All Star Classic 2016 alumnus finished with 14 points as he heads into his Junior year.

Bett has joined Ridley after his family’s relocation to Canada (last season he played for McCallie High School in the US), where his father, Mick Bett, is now an assistant coach at Ridley, who play in the Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association (OSBA).

The OSBA will potentially send 30 players to Division 1 schools this season as the primary elite level high school league in Canada – one of Bett’s temmates is Jaden Bediako, who is considered one of the top big men in Canada for his age and represented Canada at the U17 World Championships this summer.
