The GB forward played for two different teams in Serie A2 after leaving Novipiu Casale to join Angelico Biella midway through the season.
Saunders averaged 6.7 points and 4.1 rebounds per game in 20 outings for Novipiu before finishing the 2015-16 campaign with 7.4 points and 5.0 rebounds per game at Biella.
The sharpshooter netted a total of 40 3-pointers throughout the season and shot over 50% from inside the arc.
