Check out amazing nineteen year old French talent Kevin Dinal taking the dish in the lane and throwing down the nasty dunk on the helpless defender at the Quai 54 qualifiers today in Paris.
Dinal helped lead his team, Kings of Congo, to one of the two places up for grabs in the main Quai 54 tournament starting on Saturday.
