The England Under-16s finished with a 1-2 record against the Czech Republic, with a 76-64 loss in their final match-up on Saturday.
The team trailed by a single point part way through the third quarter, but foul trouble and missed shots allowed the Czechs to pull away.
Calvin Kintu (pictured) led England in scoring for the second consecutive game with 25 points, Aidan Gastaldi Davies had 9, whilst Marko Backovic added 8 points.
“It has been a very positive trip,” said head coach Andreas Kapoulas. “All players are hungry to improve and the group is really taking steps forwards every day. We need to keep going and prepare for the next two trips in our program.
“Finland and Denmark will be the last two stops before our European Championship in Bosnia. We will be at our best when it really matters.”
The U16s will travel to Finland on July 23rd, before competing in Copenhagen from July 29th-31st. They will tip off their Division B European Championship campaign on August 8th against Romania.
