Last week the music gods treated us to a great selection of quality mixtape material. Well it looks like this week is no different. This time we’ve got two very different but equally intriguing projects. One from an act you may not have heard much about and the other from someone I hope, for your sake, you’re more than familiar with.

The ever-mysterious Canadian R&B duo The Weeknd definitely feel like they’ve got something special going. A co-sign from Drizzy Drake along with every other me-too blogger has left a hoard of people holding their breath for more material. Well wait no longer, they’ve just released their mixtape House of Balloons. I’d suggest an immediate download.

Pusha T – Fear of God

Pusha T finally unleashes his highly anticipated Fear of God mixtape and first full-length project for Kanye West’s GOOD Music Label. Anyone who’s followed Clipse, Re Up Gang or any of the recent Yeezy guest spots should be hyped for fresh music from Ziplock P. Once again, I’d suggest an immediate download.
