BBL strugglers Worthing Thunder have strengthened their line-up by bringing back American forward Cleve Woodfork on a short-term contract until the end of the campaign.
The 6’9″ Woodfork previously played for the Thunder in the 2007-8 season when he averaged 19 points and 8 rebounds per game before making moves to Germany and Spain.
Prior to his first stint at the Thunder, he had been a standout player at NCAA Division 1 university, Tennessee-Martin.
Woodfork is set to make his debut for the team this Saturday in the local derby at home to BBL Trophy finalists Guildford Heat
