Great Britain Under-20 women have been handed a tough route for their first excursion into Division A of the European Championship after the draw was made in Krakow.
Damian Jennings’ newly-promoted line-up must take on Slovakia, Latvia and Spain when the tournament tips off on July 7 in Nova Sad, Serbia.
Last year, Spain were runners-up in the tournament with the Latvians claiming bronze, leaving the young Brits with a monumental challenge.
Great Britain’s Under-20 men, whose B Division event begins in Sarajevo on July 14, open against Portugal before meeting Finland, Luxembourg, Norway and the Czech Republic.
At youth level, 
England’s under-18 men take on Estonia, Belgium, Denmark and Portugal in their B Division in Varna, Bulgaria while their female counterparts head to Hungary in mid-August where Germany, Bulgaria and Belarus, Croatia and Portugal lie in wait.
England’s under-16 men were paired with Luxembourg, Romania, Georgia and Belarus along with hosts Macedonia in their B Division pool.
The under-16 women open their tournament in Romania with a game against Estonia before pool ties against Belarus and Slovenia.
