Eva Longoria has filed for divorce from Tony Parker, citing irreconcilable differences.
The “Desperate Housewives” actress – who married the All-Star point guard in 2007 – filed papers with Los Angeles Superior Court this morning. The documents state that the couple have a prenuptial agreement.
35-year-old Longoria is seeking ‘spousal support’ from Parker.
There is no reference in the court documents to the claims the 28-year-old NBA star has been unfaithful, despite allegations, reported in People magazine, claiming that the French international exchanged raunchy texts with the wife of an un-named Spurs team-mate.
Later reports claimed it was the wife of Brent Barry, who has since retired and who is in the process of a divorce.
