The Worcester Wolves’ huge 30-8 second quarter proved pivotal as they beat Glasgow Rocks yesterday with a 90-75 victory.
Glasgow led 20-15 at the end of the first, but by half time they trailed 45-28 and despite reducing the lead to 62-52 at the end of the third quarter it was Worcester who pulled away during the final quarter.
The win keeps the Wolves within touching distance of the playoffs in 11th place with a 6-12 record.
Worcester were led by Rod Middleton’s 27 and Harry Disy’s 26, whilst Jessie Sapp led Glasgow with 26.
