Bristol Flyers achieved their first European win, 73-90, against BC Spartak Pleven in the European North Basketball League.
The victory places them as the second British Basketball League team to snag a European win in nearly two decades.

Brad Greene delivered an impressive performance for the Flyers as he recorded 26 points, 7 rebounds, 3 steals and 5 blocks. He shined as he went 13-of-17 from the field. As Greene was reigning supreme, the Flyers dominated their opponents in the paint.
Tevin Olison scored 17 points, shooting 6-of-12 from the field. He added five rebounds and four assists.
Four Bristol Flyers’ players scored in double-digit as Kedrian Johnson scored 14 points and Rowell Graham Bell had 12 points.

Bristol were able to overcome hot shooting from the hosts, as they went 16-of-36 from deep, which is the third best result in ENBL history in three pointers made in a game.
Nikolay Stoyanov led BC Spartak Pleven with 18 points, he was perfect from the three-point line, going 4 of 4. Stanimir Marinov scored 15 points.
The next game for Bristol Flyers will be at home against Utenos Juventus on October 31st. Both teams will look to improve their record (1-0) in Group A.
