- National Teams
Head coach Troy Culley has confirmed his Great Britain Under-16 Men’s roster for the FIBA European Championships Division B, which start on Friday in Pitesti, Romania.
GB were drawn in Group B and will face Hungary, Ukraine, Estonia and Norway.
Ahead of their opening game against Estonia on Friday, Culley said: “With the foundation we’ve built, and lessons learned from last year, we’re ready to push beyond what we were previously capable of and see how far we can go.
“I cannot emphasise enough the role that Myerscough College has played in our lead-up to the Championships. A trio of domestic camps perfectly complemented our performances at the Dussman Trophy in Luxembourg and the international series against Hungary.
“These performances were more than just warm-up games, but invaluable learning experiences against national team competition.”
