London will be unseeded in the qualifiers and will face one of TTT Riga (Latvia), Polkowice (Poland) or DVTK Hun-Therm (Hungary) – where new signing Cheridene Green has played the last two seasons.
The home-and-away tie will see London at home for the first leg. Should they fail to qualify, they will drop back into the EuroCup for the regular season and join Caledonia.
The Gladiators enter via the regular season as a result of GB’s three-year country ranking in European competition – boosted by London’s back-to-back appearances in the playoffs.
The competition has reverted back to an open field for the regular season having been split into geographical conferences in recent seasons. However, there can only be one team per country in each group.
The draws for both competitions are set to take place in early August.
