At the Basketball Ireland National Coaching Conference 2015, England Under-16 Head Coach Alan Keane gave a talk on pursuing a culture of excellence.

Drawing from his experiences with the England Under-16 programme where he is heading into his third year at the helm, Keane provided unique insight into how him and his staff run things with the national team, their philosophies and beliefs.

The talk is definitely worth a watch if you’re a player looking to break into the national team set up, or a coach looking to learn things to apply to your own programme.
