BBL Highlights – Week 2
Check out some of the highlights from the second week in the BBL.
Worcester Wolves edged out Bristol Flyers in a close encounter on Friday night as 29 points from Pavol Losonsky led them to a 78-76 victory.
Bristol Flyers then suffered their third straight loss the following day as Cheshire Phoenix came away from the SGS Wise Arena with a 90-82 success.
Newcastle Eagles soared to the top of the BBL Championship after securing their third win in a row; beating Leeds Force 91-63 behind 18 points from Darius Defoe.
Manchester Giants’ unbeaten start under new player-coach Yorick Williams continued courtesy of a dramatic 95-89 win over Plymouth Raiders as they battled back from as many as 18 points down.
