Veteran British centre Eric Boateng has joined Mulhouse in the French third division, NM1, according to Eurobasket.
The 29-year-old had been in talks with a move to the BBL with London Lions Head Coach Vince Macaulay keen to bring him in.
Boateng had been out of action since the end of last season, where he finished the campaign with Pro-A side Pau Lacq-Orthez after a previous spell in Argentina.
Mulhouse currently have a 4-10 record in NM1 and Boateng made his debut on Saturday scoring 2 points and grabbing 7 boards in a 96-88 defeat against Quimper.
Fellow Brits Rob Marsden, Tafari Toney and Shane Walker are also playing in the same league.
Boateng represented Great Britain last summer in their EuroBasket qualifiers.
