Check out 1995 born Northern Irish twins Conor and Aidan Quinn doing their thing at the Haris Memorial Tournament in Manchester over the Christmas break. The brothers, who also play for the Irish Under-18 national team, were representing their club side, Belfast Star (who they won the NI U18 National Championship with last season).
Conor finished the tournament averaging 14.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 2 steals per game, whilst Aidan averaged 12.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3 assists and 1.8 steals per game as Belfast finished 6th in the competition.
With the tournament now over, the Quinn twins will continue their season with Belfast looking to get more silverware to their name, as they are through to both the U18 and U20 Irish National Cup semi-finals, and currently undefeated at 7-0 in NI Division 1.
Massive shout out to The Courtside Collective for helping with info for this post and for reppin’ for Irish basketball – check them out as well!
