Kirpatrick McCauley Touches 13 Feet! Top of the backboard!
Check out this ridiculous footage from Venice Beach, another great find from Ball is Life, that shows 6’8″ Kirpatrick McCauley touching 13 feet!
David Astramskas from BIL has done a great post detailing the history of touching the top of the backboard which is definitely worth a read. The only thing I would add to his research is this piece of footage from 2007 – a guy named Doug Thomas doing the same thing:
