Adegboye’s College Career Over, NCAA Recap

Ogo Adegboye’s college career came to an end Wednesday night, as St Bonaventure lost 69-54 to UCF in the first round of the College Basketball Invitational. Adegboye, the nation’s leader in minutes per game, fittingly played 40 minutes in his final college game, going 6/11 from the floor for 13 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals.

Northwestern beat Wisconsin-Milwaukee 70-61 Wednesday in the first round of the National Invitation Tournament. Alex Marcotullio, once again starting had another strong outing, finishing with 13 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 3 steals in 37 minutes, going 3/12 from the floor and 4/4 at the line.

Rhode Island beat Miami (OH) 75-59 in the first round of the CBI tournament. Ben Eaves played 11 minutes off the bench, going 1/3 from the field for 3 points and 3 rebounds.

SMU beat Oral Roberts 64-57 in the first round of the CIT. Mikey Manghum and Myles Luttman registered DNP’s.

Washington State over Long Beach State 85-74 on Wednesday night in the first round of the National Invitation Tournament. Chris McNamara registered a DNP.
