Ryan Richards Declares for NBA Draft
Ryan Richards to the NBA?
A couple of websites (Sportando, Hoopshype) are reporting that 1991 born Ryan Richards has declared for the 2010 NBA Draft. The 6’11, 235lbs British prospect has been playing at BBC Monthey this season on loan from Gran Canaria averaging 13.3 ppg and 5.2rpg before dislocating his shoulder and being out for the remainder of the season.
He will be represented by Herb Rudoy and Ronald Shade, and has until June 14th to withdraw should he decide to.
It seems a little out of the blue seeing as he didn’t mention anything about it in the Hoopsfix 1 on 1 which was only completed in the past few days, but I have contacted Ryan and am waiting for official comment from him. Exciting times…next Brit in the NBA?!
