Jules Dang Akodo comes back for another year at London Lions

Jules Dang Akodo has re-signed with London Lions for the 2020-21 season for his second season at the club.

The 24-year-old signed for the Lions in October during their BBL Cup campaign and went on to average 6.9 points and 2.6 assists per game in 14 league appearances.

Dang Akodo previously played for now-defunct side London City Royals as well as having spells in Europe in Spain and Slovenia.

The former GB Under-20 guard is the eighth player confirmed on the Lions roster for next season and fifth to re-sign along with the quartet of Justin Robinson, Joe Ikhinmwin, Ed Lucas and Andre Lockhart.

Kervin Bristol has returned for a second spell at the club alongside fellow Americans Dirk Williams and DeAndre Liggins, while it is understood two more additions will follow from BBL rivals.
