GB Senior Women’s Schedule Released

In the wake of the weekend’s draw for EuroBasket Women 2017, the full calendar of qualification games is now available.

Bidding to punch a ticket for their fourth consecutive Final Round, the Senior Women were drawn against Montenegro, Italy and Albania in Group C.

After opening with what is likely to be their toughest game on the road in Montenegro, GB will play all of their three home games in a row, before wrapping up their qualification campaign with back-to-back away games in Italy and Albania.

The confirmed schedule is as follows:

Montenegro v Great Britain – Saturday 21/11/15

Great Britain v Italy – Wednesday 25/11/15

Great Britain v Albania – Saturday 20/02/16

Great Britain v Montenegro – Wednesday 24/02/16

Italy v Great Britain – Saturday 19/11/2016

Albania v Great Britain – Wednesday 23/11/2016

Specific tip-off times and venues for the games will be announced closer to the game days.

EuroBasket Women 2017 will be hosted by Czech Republic and will take place in Hradec Kralove and Prague.

The nine group winners will all receive an automatic spot and will be joined by the six best runners-up, with the host nation taking the other berth.
