Pops Mensah-Bonsu has left Denver Nuggets training camp due to personal reasons, according to the Denver Post – just a few days after joining up with the team.
The 31-year-old was announced on the initial training camp roster and had been aiming to secure a place on a 6th different NBA team and first since a spell in New Orleans back in the 2010-11 season.
Denver Post’s Chris Dempsey revealed that the British forward will not return to camp having previously confirmed his late arrival.
