Young English centre Aaron Geramipoor is returning to Spain this season after re-joining the Canarias Basketball Academy.
It will be Geramipoor’s first season as a pro with CBA recently moving up into the Spanish third division, also known as LEB Silver.
The 22-year-old previously played for the Spanish side in the 2009-10 season before heading to the US to begin his college career with the Seton Hall Pirates, where he would feature in 92 games in four years.
Geramipoor enjoyed more playing time in his final year and finished with an impressive shooting percentage of just under 70% from the field.
The Manchester-born centre is a former England u16 and u18 representative having competed at the European Championships in 2008 and 2010 with impressive averages.
