NASSA Take Patrons Cup Title

NASSA Neptunes won the Patrons Cup at the first attempt on Saturday afternoon, cruising past Glamorgan Gladiators 97-73 in the final at Braunstone Leisure Centre in Leicester.

Karolis Stepanavicius was named MVP after finishing with 27 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists on 9/14 shooting. The win came despite a dominant performance from Division 2 scoring and rebounding leader, Matthew Gwynne, who had a 40 point, 24 rebound double double for Glamorgan.

Ladi Brown added 20 points for NASSA, who are sitting atop of VCars.co.uk Division 2 with an 11-1 record after being promoted from Division 3 last season.
