BUCS Final 8’s (Almost) Set: Knockout Results
There were no surprises in the BUCS Knockouts yesterday, as all the favourites advanced with Durham, Middlesex, LSBU, Northumbria, Oxford, Leeds Met and Worcester all confirming their places for the Final 8’s at the EIS, Sheffield in March.
The full field of the final 8 teams left fighting for the championship will not be complete until the postponed Brunel vs St Mark & St John’s fixture is played on March 9th.
BUCS Knockouts Results
University of Durham beat Edinburgh 69-36.
Middlesex beat Newcastle 54-45.
LSBU beat LSE 66-52.
Northumbria beat Glasgow 96-72.
Oxford beat Coventry 96-65.
Leeds Met beat University of Birmingham by 87-53.
University of Worcester routed London Met 81-42
