WNBL D1 MVP Faye Endean joins London Lions

Faye Endean is joining London Lions for the 2023-24 WBBL season off the back of an impressive year with Solent Kestrels and Itchen College.

The 19-year-old guard led Itchen to the WEABL final as the Southern Conference MVP before helping lead Solent to a league and playoffs double in WNBL Division 1 as the Player of the Year and Finals MVP.

Endean is the latest player confirmed on an exciting London roster with GB internationals Temi Fagbenle, Cheridene Green, Savannah Wilkinson and Karlie Samuelson all signed up ahead of their EuroLeague Women debut.

It is understood that there were other clubs interested in pursuing the talented youngster – who also competed at the 2023 Hoopsfix All-Star Classic – but it’s London where Endean will be continuing her development.

London have also signed former GB U20 forward Maya Price after an impressive college career at Eckerd College, while Holly Winterburn, Shanice Beckford-Norton and Kat Snytsina are all returning.
